What is a WPD file?
Corel has developed the WPD file format for its WordPerfect software. It is in the second most used word processor in the world and is a part of the Corel WordPerfect Office suite. A WPD extension is a proprietary format that can contain text, tables, drawings, or images.
Corel made the software available for both DOS and Windows but discontinued the former one in 1997. The WordPerfect software allows you to export a WPD file in other document formats too.
