What is a WBMP file?
The WBMP (Wireless Application Protocol Bitmap) is applicable for software that runs over Wi-Fi networks. Such files are most commonly found in WAP phones, and users can send them from one such phone to another. It is similar to a BMP file but limited to a 1-bit image data, i.e. monochromes only.
With the advancement in technology, these files have lost their value, and full-color images and videos are quickly replacing them.
