What is a RIX file?
Developed by RIX Softworks, ColoRIX software uses the RIX file extension. It is a paint program that creates bitmaps and supports color graphics. It was used in the 1980s and 1990s by MS-DOS to store information. RIX belongs to the Raster group of images. It seems to be obsolete, and no programs are making any use of it.
