What is a QMG file?
Samsung is the creator of the QMG file extension, which is a part of its phone themes. These are created using the Samsung Theme Designer app. When the creator exports the idea, the software packs the QMG files into an SMT file. It also contains an XML which specifies how to display these images in the theme.
A QMG file may be of a wallpaper, button, toggle, or any other visual item. It belongs to the raster group and uses a proprietary Samsung binary format. The Theme Designer is only capable of creating QMGs but is not capable of reading it.
