What is a PDD file?
Adobe Systems has developed the PDD file format for its PhotoDeluxe software. The program is an entry-level photo editor for beginners and comes with basic editing features.
A PDD file can save clipping paths, masks, layers, and alpha channels along with the visual input. The format takes less space than most of its uncompressed competitors. The Adobe PhotoDeluxe has been discontinued and replaced by Adobe Photoshop Elements, which provides a similar experience to that of the flagship Photoshop.
