What is a GGR file?
GIMP developed a file type known as GGR for storing the gradients related to each of its files. The GIMP or GNU Image Manipulation Program I an open-source image editor that allows users to edit images such as retouch, change its composition, or to author them.
The GGR file extension is a GIMP Gradient File type and falls in the category of Raster images. It contains various gradients that users can utilize to fill any shape or the entire image with a plethora of colors. These need not be loaded manually as GIMP pre-loads them as soon as you start the program.
