What is a WBD file?
Multiple organizations are using WBD file extension. AG Interactive developed the first one for its Webshots Desktop Connect. The program was later sold off to Threefold Photos in 2012. It is primarily useful in sharing, organizing, storing, and viewing pictures in a proprietary format. Several software like XnView MP and Ultimate Webshots Converter can open WBD files and work across several OS with ease.
Microsoft also uses WBD extension for Microsoft Works, a lesser version of their Office Suite. Unfortunately, they no longer support it, and you will have a hard time finding a WBD file in the Microsoft arena. Office Starter Edition has replaced Works and has since made the format redundant.
