• OCF – The Open Container Format which is a compressed file for storing the eBook
• OPF – The Open Packaging Format which defines the structure of the eBook
It is the standard format for saving digital publications and has extensive support across platforms and applications. Users may come across DRM protection while accessing some EPUB files, which means only the authorized devices can access them.
