What is a BAD file?
Developed by Microsoft, BAD files store the messages that did not reach the recipient. The Microsoft Exchange Server uses it, and it contains the address sender, name of the receiver, subject, and body of the email. Users can find the BAD files in the Badmail folder. You can transfer them to the Pickup folder to access them.
Along with the email, it also points out the probable reason why it wasn’t delivered to the given address, such as the wrong email address or server issues.
