What is a B file?
Developed by Rockstar Games, the GTA San Andreas and Vice City, action-adventure games, uses the B extension. These are binary game files that store gameplay progress for a user allowing him to resume from it whenever he wants. Users will find these files in the subdirectory of My Documents folder by default. The naming convention starts with the title of the game, “sf,” and game slot number.
