What is a SAFE file?
Developed by Sigza Authentication Systems, its SIGLock, a file encryption software for Windows, uses the SAFE extension. The extension stores an encrypted file (XLSX or PDF), and users can only decrypt it via the SIGLock program. Unfortunately, the extension is no longer in active use and hence considered obsolete.
