What is a WRF file?
WebEx Recording (WRF) is the extension found on Cisco’s WebEx Recording files. Generally, it stores all screen information such as audio and video recording, including mouse movements. It is ideal for conferencing, training, or demos. During a recording session, the audio toggle must be on, or else the recording software will only pick the visible part. When done, you can then share the file via the WebEx site. Users can later download the file in ARF format, which contains additional info such as those present in the meeting as well as the table of contents. WRF files are also used for creating Write files, which are associated with ThinkFree Office Suite. The layout is similar to that of Microsoft Word documents, thus ideal for text, images, graphs as well as tables. However, they are not used by many. Users who want to use WRF files need to subscribe to the services.
