What is a F4F file?
Developed by Adobe Systems, the Adobe Media Server uses the FLV video file extension. The software is an application that streams multimedia content, and the format is associated with the HTTP Dynamic Streaming service.
The File Packager creates the F4F extension which stores a segment of the source multimedia file. It allows the operator to send a smaller number of contents (larger video files) to client computers or PDAs, allowing them to stream those at their discretion.
