What is a SAI file?
PaintToolSAI is a Japanese painting software that lets users create and edit pictures. It uses the default extension as SAI to save the images. It is a raster image type developed by SYSTEMAX Software Development and includes at least one independent editing layer. You can sue several tools such as AirBrush, Bruh, WaterColor, pen, pencil, and others to create an image or edit it.
These files are editable. Once you complete, you can save these files in more acceptable formats such as PNG, TGA, and others. The SYSTEMAX PaintTool SAI can only access the original SAI files.
