What is an OC3 file?
A raster image file created by Portalgraphics, OC3 refers to a file extension with an ability to store stroke events and replay them when the user is drawing. It doesn’t save the final image, but only the events that took place while creating it. OCI stores the actual image file for the users. The OC3 format is designed exclusively for the OpenCanvas 3 software, and its successors have a different file format support.
